Good morning :) I hope you all had a great weekend and spent it how you wanted.
I have been playing again with Distress Markers. I just love how you can get such amazing blending from light to dark with just one pen.
How gorgeous it that flower from Sweet Stamp Shop 'Elegant Flowers' heat embossed with a pearlescent powder and then watercoloured using Distress Marker 'Worn Lipstick'?!?!?
To create this effect I stamped the flowers from Sweet Stamp Shop 'Elegant Flowers' onto watercolour card with VersaMark and then heat embossed using WOW 'Pearlescent Blue' embossing powder. Using Distress Marker in 'Worn Lipstick' I then just drew in the dark places with it, then using a paint brush and clean water I drew out the ink colour. Doing it this way the water does the work for you of shading!
For the sentiment from Sweet Stamp Shop 'Enjoy Calligraphy' to pop I have heat embossed it using WOW 'Gold Sparkle' embossing powder.
